教学过程:
Step one:Organization1minutes
Step two:Revision6-8minutes
1,Ask some students to describe their own houses. They can get help from the pictures they have prepared. <2or3students>
2, Ask students to point out the differences among them through a game. Students from each group take turns to point out one difference. The group scores one point for each correct answer. The group with more points wins the game.
(The differences may include:
a:size of the houses/rooms ;b:number of rooms /windows;
c:colour of the outside/inside of the house;
d:things/furniture in the rooms. )
Step three:Presentation33minutes
Tell students that we will make a model house today.
1,Listen to the tape.
2,Show them four pictures in their books,but they are in different order.Ask some students to put them in the right order without looking at their books.
Then put these pictures on the blackboard.
3, Show them how to make the model step by step. I will say each sentence clearly and slowly for several times. At the same time, I will write dowm some key words under each picture.
4, Ask the students to practise reciting.
5.Give them a sheet of paper,ask them to fill in the main words.
Step four:Make a summary3minutes
Emphasize the main points:
1, First-Next-Then-Finally:
2, use, cut, make ,stick, paint.
Step five:Homework:Ask students to follow the steps and make their own model houses.2minutes
